Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These no-bake peanut butter chocolate protein balls are made with oats, peanut butter, and cacao powder.   They make a healthy snack or post dinner treat.

-natural peanut butter -honey -cacao powder -coconut oil -rolled oats -chia seeds -fine sea salt -shredded coconut (optional)

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Combine the oats, shredded coconut, salt, and chia seeds in a large mixing bowl. 

STEP 2

In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, cacao, and melted coconut oil. 

STEP 3

Add the peanut butter, honey, chocolate mix to the mixing bowl with the oat mixture. 

STEP 4

Stir until oats are fully combined with the peanut butter chocolate mix. Tip: Use your hands to mix all the ingredients together. 

STEP 5

Using about 2 tbsp. of mix, roll into individual balls. If desired, roll finished balls in shredded coconut.   

Store finished protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge. Will stay good for about a week.
