Chocolate Covered Cashews

Ingredients: - chocolate (semi-sweet or dark) - roasted cashews - coconut oil - coarse sea salt

Melt chocolate and coconut oil over low heat. Once chocolate has melted, remove from heat and mix in the cashews.

Drop clusters of cashews on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.

Allow chocolate to set slightly and then sprinkle each cluster with sea salt. 

step 3

Allow chocolate cashew clusters to fully set and then store in an air tight container at room temperature. 

step 4

Satisfy your sweet tooth with these no -bake treats! Great for your next gathering or for gifting. 

- roasted cashews are best, but raw cashews can be used - use good quality chocolate  - make up cupcake liners to form the perfect cluster
