Chocolate Covered Cashew Clusters

These are the best chocolate covered cashews! An easy, homemade candy that is perfect for the holidays.  Made with 4 simple ingredients and prepped in 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

-roasted cashews -dark chocolate chips or dark chocolate bar -coconut oil -coarse sea salt/sea salt flakes

Melt chocolate and coconut oil in small pan over medium heat. Remove from heat and mix in the cashews.

Using a large spoon, drop clusters of cashews onto a baking sheet that's been lined with parchment paper.

Let chocolate set for 10 minutes and then sprinkle each cluster with sea salt.

Allow chocolate to fully set and then store in an airtight container at room temp. Chocolate covered cashews will stay fresh for 1 week.

You can use almonds, peanuts, or any of your favorite nuts for this recipe! You could even through in some cranberries or dried fruit.
