Easy Chia Seed Jam
This berry chia jam requires 4 ingredients and 10 minutes to make. It's also naturally sweetened and low in added sugar. You can the sweetened too for a sugar-free jam.
-strawberries -raspberries -fresh lemon juice -pure maple syrup -chia seeds
Add strawberries, raspberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup to a small sauce pan and simmer over medium-low heat.
Allow berries to break down/fall apart and then remove from heat. Using a potato masher, mash down fruit and then add the chia seeds.
Allow to cool slightly and then pour into a mason jar (or other airtight container). Place in fridge to allow jam to thicken and cool.
Great on toast, and biscuits! Is amazing with granola and yogurt, on top of oatmeal, and even ice cream.
