Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients Needed

-rolled oats (old fashioned oats) -milk of choice  -chia seeds -frozen berries -chopped walnuts (optional)


Add oats, chia seeds, and milk to a mason jar. Stir to combine all ingredients.


Top oats mixture with frozen blueberries and walnuts (if using). Cover and place in fridge overnight.

Stir oats in the morning and enjoy! You can eat straight from the fridge, or slightly warm them in the microwave if desired.

- use certified gluten-free oats and dairy free milk as needed. - I like using frozen blueberries, but any frozen or fresh fruit works!
