Chia Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS

-dairy-free milk -chia seeds -pure maple syrup -fresh berries -vanilla extract -almonds

Combine plant-based milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a small mixing bowl. 

step 1 

Cover and place in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. This allows the chia seeds to soak up the milk and create the chia pudding base for the bowls.

step 2

Remove from fridge and top with fresh blueberries, raspberries, and almonds. Enjoy!
