Chia  Bowl

ingredients needed

-dairy-free milk -chia seeds -pure maple syrup -fresh berries -vanilla extract -almonds

In a small mixing bowl, combine the plant-milk (I like almond milk), chia seeds, vanilla extract, and pure maple syrup.

step 1 

Cover and place in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, up to overnight. The chia seeds will soak up the milk during this timing, creating the creamy chia pudding base.

step 2

Remove from fridge and top with fresh blueberries, raspberries, and almonds. Enjoy!

This easy recipe can be customized in so many ways! - add shredded coconut - swap out the berries for other fruit like  mango and banana - add hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds
