The Best Roasted Cauliflower Steaks
These healthy roasted cauliflower steaks are perfectly seasoned and so satisfying!
They are an easy and perfect side dish for any meal!
CLEAN FOOD INGREDIENTS
2 cauliflower heads 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Slice cauliflower heads into 1/2" to 3/4" slices to create your "steaks".
Place sliced cauliflower on a baking sheet and mix olive oil with seasonings.
Brush each cauliflower steak with seasoning mix.
Bake for 30 minutes in an oven that's been preheated to 420. Flip half way through baking time.
Sprinkle cauliflower with fresh parsley before serving.
