Berry Baked Oatmeal
This berry baked oatmeal comes together with just a few ingredients. Gluten free and dairy free friendly.
Perfect for an easy breakfast or weekend brunch.
- rolled oats - ground cinnamon - baking powder - salt - milk of choice (almond milk or regular milk) - pure maple syrup - vanilla extract - fresh or frozen blueberries* - blackberries* *you could also use frozen mixed berries.
First combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Then mix in the remaining wet ingredients.
Place blueberries on the bottom of a 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
Add oatmeal mixture and lightly mix. Top with blackberries. Tip: Cut blackberries in half if they are on the larger side.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes, or until center of oatmeal is just set. Don't overbake.
Top with nut butter, pure maple syrup, whipped cream and/or fresh fruit. Serve with eggs for extra protein.
