Apple  Oat Flour Muffins

These oat flour muffins with apples and cinnamon are hearty, flavorful, and made with better-for-you ingredients. Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free!


-rolled oats oats -oat flour -baking powder -baking soda -salt -cinnamon -milk -pure maple syrup -apple sauce -eggs -shredded apples -vanilla extract *use gluten-free oats/oat flour for a gluten-free recipe. 


In a large bowl, combine the oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.


In a separate bowl, mix together milk, maple syrup, apple sauce, eggs, shredded apples, and vanilla.


Pour the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.


Line, or grease, a 12-cup muffin tin and then evenly divide batter between muffin cups.


Bake muffins at 350-degrees F for 13-15 minutes, or until a toothpick entered in the center of the muffins comes out clean.
