Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

-rolled oats -flaxseed meal -cinnamon -nutmeg -fine sea salt -baking powder -chopped apples -apple sauce -milk -pure maple syrup -vanilla extract -coconut oil

INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until combined. 

Step 2: Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and add oat mix to dish. Sprinkle with additional chopped apples if desired. 

Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and center is firm to the touch. 

Allow to cool slightly and serve. Top with pure maple syrup or your favorite nut butter. Also try adding some chopped nuts before baking.
