Air Fryer  Turkey Burgers

Juicy and flavorful air fryer turkey burgers that are made without eggs or breadcrumbs. These delicious burgers are great for an easy dinner and cook up in less than 15 minutes. 

INGREDIENTS

- ground turkey - onion powder -garlic powder - salt - mayonnaise -  onion -Dijon mustard

Mix ground turkey, spices, onion, mayo, and Dijon mustard in a bowl until fully combined.

Divide meat mixture into 4 equal patties and place on a baking sheet. Freeze turkey patties for 20 minutes to allow patties to firm up.

Transfer patties to your air fryer basket and air fry at 380 degrees for 12 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Remove from air fryer and add your favorite toppings, such as tomato, onion, lettuce, and/or avocado .

- Use your thumb to place an indent in the middle of each patty to prevent them from shrinking.    - Meat mixture is sticky; wet hands prior to making patties to prevent sticking.
