- ground turkey - onion powder -garlic powder - salt - mayonnaise - yellow onion -Dijon mustard
Mix the ground turkey, spices, grated onion, mayo, and Dijon mustard together in a bowl.
Tip: use your hands.
Create 4 equal size patties from ground turkey mix. Place on a baking sheet and freeze freezer for 20 minutes.
Freezing helps the patties hold their shape.
Carefully place patties in air fryer basket and cook at 380-degrees F for 12 minutes or until burgers reach 165-degrees F.
If adding cheese, add after burgers are cooked. Turn air fryer off and return burgers to air fryer with cheese to allow to melt.
Remove from air fryer, serve, and enjoy! Try topping with cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, and/or avocado .
