Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken 

YOU WILL NEED

water coconut aminos or soy sauce honey rice vinegar ginger garlic tapioca starch (or corn starch) diced chicken breasts

STEP 1

First, make the 5-minute teriyaki sauce. Alternatively, you can also use your favorite store-bought teriyaki sauce. 

Place the cut-up chicken pieces in a bowl and add teriyaki sauce to chicken. Reserve some teriyaki for adding to cooked chicken. 

STEP 2

Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket. It's okay if they touch, but try not to overlap the chicken.

STEP 3

Air fry for at 380 degrees F for  13-15 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and internal temperature is 165 degrees F.

STEP 4

Brush additional teriyaki sauce on chicken after cooking. Serve alongside some rice and/or your favorite veggies.
