Crispy Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

SIMPLE  HEALTY INGREDIENTS

- baby gold potatoes - extra-virgin olive oil - garlic powder - fine sea salt - paprika - ground pepper

STEP 1

Boil the baby gold potatoes until a fork can easily be pierced through the potatoes. 

Drain potatoes and add extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt/pepper. Stir potatoes with seasoning mix.

Transfer potatoes to a baking sheet. Using the bottom of a cup, smash potatoes to 1/4" thickness. 

Using a spatula, carefully transfer smashed potatoes to your air fryer basket. 

STEP 4

Air fry at 400 for 10-12 minutes, or until desired crispiness is reached.  Tip: Flip potatoes half-way though. 

STEP 5

Delicious, garlicky, salty smashed potatoes.  They are pretty much a fancy (and healthier) version of a French fry and will be your favorite potato recipe!
