Irresistible Air Fryer Apples

Perfectly tender and fragrant air fryer apples with a cinnamon and maple glaze! Great as a side dish or healthy dessert. 

You will need:  -apples -avocado oil -cinnamon -pure maple syrup -coconut sugar (can also use brown sugar) -pure vanilla extract

Step 1: Peel, core, and slice 4 apples. Apple slices should be about 1/2" thick. 

Step 2: Place apple slices in a medium sized bowl and add oil and cinnamon. Mix to coat the apples. 

Step 3: Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees and place apples in air fryer basket. It's okay if they overlap slightly. 

Step 4: Air fry for about 12 minutes, or until soft and browned on the edges. Total time will vary pending air fryer and thickness of apples.

Step 5: While apples are cooking, whisk the maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut sugar. Add to cooked apples and combine. 

These air fried baked apple slices are great with granola, with ice cream, or as a topping on pancakes and so much more!
