Welcome to my pantry! What got me so passionate about the food my family and I consume is learning about all the ingredients that are in our mainstream food and what they do to our health. I am on a mission to feed my family and myself only the cleanest, most nutrient¬†dense food. Of course we don’t always eat perfect (we do live in the real world), but when we do, I use ingredients that are as closest to nature (unprocessed) as possible!
